Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple product and feature-level projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
    • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Break down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows.
  • Project Execution:
    • Facilitate and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs.
    • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays — and support mitigation efforts.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Keep all task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible.
    • Report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Skills: Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Tool Proficiency: Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
  • Soft Skills: Great communication and collaboration skills — written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or AI startup environment.
  • Familiarity with other tools we use, like Slack, Notion, or ClickUp.
