Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to lead our dynamic team in delivering top-quality outcomes for renowned brands worldwide.

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines and within scope. This role involves leading both internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects in line with the company's strategic goals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal team managing expectations communication and delivery on a daily basis.
• Own the project and its deliverables ensuring completion and direct communication with clients and stakeholders while defining project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.

The ideal candidate will have direct work experience in a project coordination capacity including all aspects of process development and execution on the SFCC platform. Strong familiarity with project management and release management software such as Microsoft Project ServiceNOW JIRA or similar tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents estimating resources and participants needed and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
• Draft and submit proposals update financial forecasts and recommend budget changes as necessary while planning scheduling and tracking project timelines milestones and resources.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans documenting all blockers changes and risks and maintaining a centralized tracker accessible to the client.
• Define project success criteria conduct post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence for documentation ensuring all project meetings are documented and necessary parties are notified and collaborate with QA to plan and execute project demos.
• Address blockers with the internal team to keep the project on track ensuring all team members have necessary access to resources and send out client status reports summarizing project work status changes risks and action items.
• Understand cross-platform/project requirements and dependencies collaborating with other Project Coordinators and conduct weekly internal meetings to review concerns and issues with leadership and planning.
• Own the release management process ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives and oversee planning execution and post-release activities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure smooth and efficient release processes conducting release readiness reviews and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity including all aspects of process development and execution on the SFCC platform.
• Strong familiarity with project management and release management software such as Microsoft Project ServiceNOW JIRA or similar tools.
• Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions with a focus on release management processes and methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment managing both project and release schedules.
• Extensive experience with project coordination practices and tools to create manage and track project performance deliverables and outcomes including release cycles.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion ensuring successful release deployments.
• Ability to lead development/implementation teams coordinating release activities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Experience in conducting release readiness reviews milestone reviews and managing post-release activities.
• Skilled in facilitating communication and collaboration for efficient release processes monitoring and reporting on release progress.
• Experience in implementing and improving release management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
