Key Role Summary

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the successful implementation of projects across various states, ensuring effective stakeholder management and timely deliverables.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Manage critical project decisions, stakeholders, and timelines to achieve project outcomes.
    • Develop strategic and short-term project plans, utilizing tools for monitoring progress and managing escalations.
  • Cross-functional Support:
    • Lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within state initiatives.
    • Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs, contributing to organizational learning.
  • Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
    • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute strategic and short-term project plans.
  • Strong communication skills in both English, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices, particularly in the context of education and non-profit sectors.
