Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with senior account directors and clients to deliver high-quality results.

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a liaison between us and our clients, ensuring seamless project execution while providing exceptional service.

This role offers the ideal candidate a chance to utilize their organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead all responsibilities on project execution, forming a complete understanding of client research problems.
  • Develop and localize research instruments, briefing and training data collection teams, and conducting in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
  • Micro-level monitoring project data collection, identifying issues, and providing timely actionable solutions.
  • Qualitative data analysis and reporting insights to clients.
  • Client Servicing:
  • Manage all communication with clients, working closely with them throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide relevant market information to clients, proactively discussing issues and offering actionable solutions.
  • Support team members and demonstrate an active, supporting character during field visits and client interactions.
Essential Skills/Competencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Able to derive qualitative insights and construct research reports for clients.
  • Open to traveling across India for project management and client visits.
  • Exposure to servicing international clients is preferred.
