Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager based in Gujrat. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring project deadlines are met, maintaining high standards of construction and client satisfaction, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, liaising with stakeholders, and reporting on project progress to senior management.

  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Project Management and Strategic Planning experience
  • Budgeting and Financial Management proficiency
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
