Job Overview:

The successful Branch Head will drive sales growth, manage distributors and dealers, maintain profitability, operational efficiency, and team leadership for our Bangalore branch.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the overall business operations of the branch, identify new opportunities, and implement company pricing and incentive policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch through effective distributor and dealer management.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, dealers, and large clients to strengthen our market presence.
    • Manage day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, stock, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team to achieve performance targets.
    • Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify new business opportunities.
