Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Nestaway in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned area.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nestaway's presence in the region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.

- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
