Business Growth and Expansion Manager

About the Role
- This position involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and distributors, and analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in emerging markets, particularly in Africa.
- Work closely with regional heads to maximize commercialization of registered products and improve YoY sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential B2B clients and distributors.
- Manage partnerships from agreement signing to product delivery and payment realization.
- Analyze MIS, EXIM, and IMS data to provide insights and strategic action plans for assigned regions.
- Facilitate out-licensing of Aurobindo products with potential companies across assigned regions.
Eligibility Criteria
- A strong educational background in pharmacy (B. Pharm) and business administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the pharma industry, with a focus on emerging markets.
- Exposure to regulatory functions in emerging markets and experience in handling legal agreements are essential.
- Prior experience in managing contracts and negotiating agreements will be an added advantage.
Compensation Package
- The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹80 lakh - ₹1 crore, depending on qualifications and experience.
