Tetrahed Inc is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion of our company's IT and non-IT businesses in the US market.

About the Role

This strategic position requires a deep understanding of the IT and non-IT industries, as well as exceptional sales and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and business growth in the US IT and non-IT markets.
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients to expand the client base.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competition, and new technologies in the IT and non-IT sectors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT and non-IT industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Thorough understanding of the US IT and non-IT markets, including key players, trends, and opportunities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
