We are seeking a seasoned professional to act as the key liaison between clients and deliver exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Build long-lasting, productive relationships with assigned clients through active communication and problem-solving.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions and satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, or process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions and delivery of tailored solutions.
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting to foster open dialogue and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute customized engagement strategies to boost client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and address client feedback, working closely with relevant teams to implement improvements and optimize services.
- Mentor junior associates, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and drive best practices in client success.
- At least 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with CRM or client management tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences and driving business growth.
