At Credgenics, we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Associate to play a vital role in our client-facing team.

This key position involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform. You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients, setting them up for success with our platform.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure clients understand and leverage our platform's features and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand clients' use of our platform, introducing new features or services where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Credgenics, providing feedback to enhance our offerings.
  • Advocate for client needs, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client success metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reviews to demonstrate value delivered by our platform.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to address them before escalation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  5. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM and customer success tools.
  7. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
