About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in business processes and technical skills to lead our clients through the implementation process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing a deep understanding of business and operational processes, including accounts, sales/purchase, human resources, payroll, and point of sale.

• Conducting demonstrations to existing and prospective clients, showcasing the value of our Odoo solutions.

• Leading clients throughout the implementation and support phases, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Evaluating customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives, transforming them into actionable company processes, solutions, and modules.

• Analyzing and resolving complex customer issues related to data and processes, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Proven work experience in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.

• Strong knowledge of business processes, sales & accounts.

• Previous experience in Odoo implementation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

• Quick and autonomous learner, with excellent planning and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer.
