As a key member of our dynamic Finance team, you will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth for our business and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with commercial partners, leveraging your expertise in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management to deliver exceptional results.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can hit the ground running, bringing strong process adherence and excellent stakeholder management skills to the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Commercial: Collaborate with commercial teams to drive Franchise business success, ensuring timely closure of commercial arrangements with franchise partners.
  • Support Contract Execution: Assist with contract updates, renewals, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable AOP Delivery: Contribute to achieving annual operational plans on Volume, NSV, and Pricing targets.
  • Accurate Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and billing processes.
  • Payment Collection: Follow up with partners for payment collection and monitor overdue payments effectively.
  • Commercial Terms: Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms to ensure accuracy.
  • Data Validation: Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • DBSI Support: Assist DBSI with franchise partner account management.
  • Query Response: Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team.
  • Finance Committee: Prepare documents for finance committee and executive committee meetings.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting: Fulfill ad hoc reporting requirements to support business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for smooth operational execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: CA/CA Inter/CMA experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented, and strong business partnering and collaboration skills.
  • ERP Systems: Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
