
Business Partner Advocate

In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating effective communication to empower business leaders and People Partners with the information they need to make informed decisions, creating a productive working environment for our global team.
You will play a vital part in driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives through onboarding, growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion practices.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new employees by introducing them to our company culture and policies.
- Coordinate onboardings, ensuring that all necessary assets and access are provided.
- Conduct background verification processes for new hires in partnership with vendors.
- Maintain regular connections with new and existing employees to monitor happiness and productivity levels.
- Collaborate with leaders and management to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding company policies and culture.
- Develop and implement engaging online and offline activities to maintain team engagement.
- Create and manage communication materials, including email templates, policies, and announcements.
- Partner with leaders to draft policies and update our company handbook.
- Strategize initiatives to minimize attrition and maximize retention.
- Lead exit interviews and oversee off-boarding processes end-to-end.
- Issue important documents and communications as needed.
- Plan and coordinate team offsites and workations, handling logistics.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute people processes.
- Negotiate vendor partnerships and process salary changes with the Finance team.
- Review paperwork and contracts related to employee matters.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters.
- High energy levels and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in large-scale people-related roles, knowledge of labor laws, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
- Prior experience working with a remote, global team of over 250 people.
