Job Summary

Arogyam Cancer & Superspeciality Hospital seeks an exceptional Human Resources Manager to oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality patient care.

  • Develop and execute HR plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and labor law enforcement.
  • Strategically plan workforce development, address employee concerns, and manage conflicts effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, demonstrated leadership skills, and expertise in policy development, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes.
  4. Manage employee benefits and payroll.
  5. Ensure a positive work environment.
  6. Strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management.
  • Proficiency in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration, and excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
