Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Onsurity. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving business growth through strategic account planning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Mumbai or Delhi, with a 5-day work-from-office (WFO) schedule. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, meetings, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships and develop strategies to expand our services.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
