Job Description:

  • Supervises the activities of subordinates.
  • Oversees daily Project center operations and coordinates center activities through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities, smooth coordination and execution of activities related to center.
  • Prepares budget proposals and recommendations and establishes budget control system for controlling expenditures; controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations; recommends equipment and resources required for the center.
  • Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on center projects, progress, status or other special reports for management.

Ensure data collection through various promotional / academic activities.

  • 5.1) Proper recording and reporting of data on MIS.
  • 5.2) Regular and timely follow-up on all data / leads received.
  • 5.3) Maintain a healthy conversion of 50-60% from the leads / data received.


Evaluates center activities for effectiveness to develop improved methods; devises evaluation methodology and implements; analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.

Maintains direct contact and the cordial relation with personnel of various institutions and university departments associated with center projects:


  • Reviews the status of meetings scheduled with institutions till the MOU is signed.
  • Should effectively coordinate academic delivery with the partnering institution.
  • Up selling & Cross selling of services.
  • Schedules facility and services for partnering institutions.
  • Provides assistance and information to faculty, staff and outside organizations regarding center projects; maintains contact via telephone or written correspondence.
  • Represents center in public relations/liaison capacity on matters relating to the center requirements.
