Sales Programs Coordinator

The Sales Programs role plays a pivotal part in driving activities across the board to fuel pipeline and revenue generation for one or more of BrowserStack's products, fostering growth.
This position requires effective coordination between teams to ensure timely and continuous execution, making the person responsible for orchestrating all action items and ensuring teams have updated flows of information and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in the planned path to revenue and create data-driven plans to address shortfalls.
- Help the sales organization achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue goals by providing critical data for strategic planning.
- Develop creative programs to address priority concerns, based on management input, to drive behavioral patterns and meet yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate with segment sales leaders to understand segment-specific needs and support them with programs to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue creation for new products.
