Program Management and Infrastructure Planning

As a key member of our team, you will lead program management, integration, and capacity prioritization planning for critical network infrastructure across client data center facilities. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

Forecasting Services

You will oversee the yearly project forecasting process, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support informed decision-making. This includes coordinating with client management to manage and update ongoing project forecast data and resource management information.

Bug Triage and Reporting

As a skilled coordinator, you will triage and assign bugs to appropriate team members, ensuring timely updates and reporting on bug hygiene. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Policy and Performance Objectives

You will establish policies, plans, and performance objectives for assigned projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies.

Process Documentation and Improvement

As a process expert, you will provide comprehensive documentation of process flows and playbooks to streamline workflow and execute process improvements as needed. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement.

Meeting and Workshop Coordination

You will coordinate meetings, presentations, and workshops to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. This involves planning and executing events to ensure successful project outcomes.

PPM Tool Management

As a skilled coordinator, you will manage the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool, monitoring project timelines and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful project completion. This requires strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Workflow Monitoring

You will oversee and monitor project workflows, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies. This involves collaborating with TPM's to ensure project timelines are met.

Deliverables

As a key member of our team, you will generate and maintain effort utilization, forecasting, classification, and priorities reports, as well as any additional reporting/metrics as defined by client templates. You will also work with TPM's on location layouts, planning, and changes. Additionally, you will provide detailed written status reports outlining the work performed and document, generate, and maintain program and project metrics organized into dashboards/Sheets to provide clear visibility into project performance and key metrics.
