Position: Senior Manager, Business Development - Staffing (General Staffing Industry) Location:
Noida/GGN/Mumbai/Bangalore Working Days: 6 Days Total Experience : 5+ years

###Industry : Aviation/Service /Hospitality experience is preferred
fluent communication skills

Job Summary:
Drive business growth in the General Staffing sector by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. Develop strategic plans, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver tailored staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new clients in the General Staffing industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate long-term client relationships and understand their staffing needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
6-8 years of business development experience in General Staffing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
