Key Account Executive

A Key Account Executive typically manages key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities may include:
1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
2. Understanding client needs and proposing solutions/products to meet them.
3. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
4. Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
6. Resolving client issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
7. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
8. Reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to management.
9. Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets.
10. Providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between clients and the company.
Salary range of 3 to 5 LPA
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
