The Cloud Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, including managing food preparation, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The Cloud Kitchen Manager will also monitor operational efficiency and troubleshoot any challenges that arise to ensure smooth operations.QualificationsProficient in Food Preparation and Cooking techniquesKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Quality assuranceExperience in Culinary Management and oversight of kitchen teamsStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols in a fast-paced kitchen environmentFamiliarity with inventory management and cost control principlesPrevious experience in managing cloud or quick-service kitchens is an advantage
