**Job Overview**:
As a **Kitchen Associate, Central Kitchen**, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop your skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards. You will assist in creating high-quality V4V7 and BevD items while learning the fundamentals of kitchen management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn the elements that constitute high-quality V4V7 and BevD items.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Salad Days’ ingredients, preparation methods, and recipes.
- Follow food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen.
- Operate and maintain central kitchen equipment with guidance.
- Participate in regular sanitization tasks to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Learn and practice essential **mise-en-place** techniques such as cutting, blanching, and boiling.
- Handle ingredients properly and follow planogram guidelines for storage and organization.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (culinary education is a plus but not required).
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
