Engage in negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements and maintain long-term relationships. Lead the generation and conversion of leads, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and client acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development goals with overall company objectives and execution strategies. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance the company's brand and create business opportunities. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Proficient use of Salesforce for managing sales pipelines, generating reports, and implementing customer-centric strategies for business growth. Strong capability in building strategic partnerships by identifying key stakeholders, initiating contact, and fostering long-term business relationships. Adept at market trend analysis, utilizing data-driven insights to inform business strategies and provide a competitive edge in the commercial kitchen sector. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable deals, resolving conflicts, and closing successful business agreements. Proven expertise in lead generation, using innovative approaches to generate high-quality leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities. Solid project management skills, effectively managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Strong networking skills, creating and nurturing business relationships that drive growth and open up new business development opportunities.
