We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to drive attendance for our prestigious events in Dubai, Europe, India, and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for delegate acquisition to ensure high attendance at events
- Conduct cold calls to potential delegates, articulating the value proposition of our events
- Craft compelling email campaigns to engage prospective attendees
- Utilise social media platforms to reach and engage target audiences
- Maintain and update the delegate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align acquisition strategies with overall marketing goals
- Monitor and analyse acquisition metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in delegate acquisition or a similar role
- Proven expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
