Job Title: Delegate Acquisition- Senior Executive

Location: New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B IT industry and a proven track record of acquiring senior-level IT decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders. This role will focus on identifying, targeting, and engaging potential delegates for high-profile technology events, conferences, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:

Delegate Acquisition:

  • Identify and target key IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and other senior leaders) for events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives from top companies to ensure their participation in events.
  • Conduct research to identify prospective delegates from a range of industries, particularly those with IT leadership positions.
  • Drive delegate acquisition campaigns through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking.

Event Outreach Strategy:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and engage senior IT leaders to participate in B2B events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach materials and campaigns for delegate acquisition.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine and optimize outreach campaigns to ensure high participation rates.

Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers to ensure ongoing participation in multiple events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring delegates have a positive experience throughout the event registration process.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on delegate acquisition efforts and performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize outreach strategies and ensure successful delegate participation.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and event planning teams to align delegate acquisition efforts with event goals.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, sponsors, and exhibitors to leverage their networks for delegate acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B delegate acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven experience in acquiring senior-level IT decision-makers, such as CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
