OverviewThe Center Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by leading the sales team driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is vital in achieving sales targets maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering a positive team environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team providing guidance coaching and support.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building longterm customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets initiatives and provide training.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional activities and optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee product merchandising and pricing.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and team members effectively.
