Job Summary

Fly2Infinity is seeking a highly skilled Center Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, initiatives, and provide training.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional activities and optimize sales efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and oversee product merchandising and pricing.
  • Customer Escalations: Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make decisions based on findings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, customer service practices, and retail operations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
