Center Operations ManagerOverview:The Center Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organizations operations. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center managing resources and implementing operational strategies to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Manage daytoday operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Oversee budget management and cost control measures
  • Supervise inventory management and procurement processes
  • Ensure customer service excellence and handle escalated customer issues
  • Lead and coach the operations team to achieve performance targets
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges
  • Collaborate with other functional managers to optimize overall business performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Prepare regular operational reports for management review
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Solid understanding of inventory and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in operations management
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Certification in Operations Management is a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
