Overview:The Store Manager has a pivotal role in the retail organization overseeing the operations and performance of the store. They are responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience driving sales and maximizing profitability.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld
  • Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage
  • Recruit train and supervise staff to ensure a motivated and highperforming team
  • Implement effective visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Analyze sales data and develop plans to improve store performance
  • Monitor and maintain store budgets and financial records
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management to contribute to overall company strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in retail management preferably in a similar store environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and retail operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems
  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Knowledge of local labor and retail regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of visual merchandising principles
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
