RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Management Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalistwithin the retail industry.
  • Thoroughunderstanding of retail HR practices including workforce managementand labor laws.
  • Demonstrated knowledge ofrecruitment and selection processes specific to retailroles.
  • Strong experience in employee relationsand conflict resolution within a retailsetting.
  • Proficiency in implementingperformance management systems suitable for retailenvironments.
  • Experience in designing anddelivering retailspecific training and developmentprograms.
  • Familiarity with compliancerequirements related to retail operations including safety andemployment laws.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effective collaboration with storeteams.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metricsto drive actionable insights within the retailsector.
  • HR certification such as SHRMCP or PHRis a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in afastpaced retail environment with multiplepriorities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to make sound HR decisions underpressure.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and otherrelevant HR software utilized in the retailindustry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing retailtrends and business needs to drive HRstrategies.
