Center Operations Manager

Overview: The Center Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organizations operations. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center managing resources and implementing operational strategies to drive productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and proceduresManage daytoday operations and ensure compliance with company standardsOversee budget management and cost control measuresSupervise inventory management and procurement processesEnsure customer service excellence and handle escalated customer issuesLead and coach the operations team to achieve performance targetsIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks and challengesCollaborate with other functional managers to optimize overall business performanceMonitor key performance indicators and implement improvementsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsCoordinate with external vendors and service providersPrepare regular operational reports for management reviewRequired Qualifications:
