Role Overview:


The Channel Business Manager will drive the growth and success of CheckRed’s channel partnerships in India, focusing on engaging and enabling System Integrators (SI), Global System Integrators (GSI), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP), and Managed Service Providers (MSP) to sell and deliver CheckRed’s cloud security product suites.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, cloud security, and the ability to align CheckRed’s solutions with partner and customer needs. Success will be defined by increased revenue, market share, and mindshare within the partner sales teams, customer bases, and partner management organizations.


Key Responsibilities:


Partner Development & Enablement:

  • Identify, onboard, and enable SI, GSI, MSSP, and MSP partners to expand CheckRed’s reach in the Indian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner leadership and operational teams to drive joint success.
  • Provide tailored training on CheckRed’s product suites (CNAPP, SSPM, and DNS Security) to enhance partners' technical and sales capabilities.


Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with MSPs and other channel stakeholders to identify opportunities to embed CheckRed’s solutions into their service offerings.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutual revenue and market goals.
  • Align CheckRed’s product capabilities with partner business models, ensuring seamless integration and value creation.


Go-To-Market Execution:

  • Collaborate with CheckRed’s internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to execute joint GTM strategies.
  • Co-develop and implement partner-focused demand-generation activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Drive partner engagement in direct customer opportunities, leveraging their expertise and reach.


Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including partner-driven revenue growth, pipeline development, and customer acquisition.
  • Regularly review partner performance, providing guidance and support to ensure mutual objectives are met.


Customer Engagement:

  • Work with partners to address end-customer needs, positioning CheckRed’s CNAPP, SSPM, and DNS Security solutions effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers and partners understand the value of CheckRed’s products.



Qualifications and Skills:


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or related roles, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated success in working with SIs, GSIs, MSSPs, and MSPs to drive channel growth.


Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud security solutions, including CNAPP, SSPM, and DNS security technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.


Relationship Management:

  • Exceptional skills in building and managing relationships with partner organizations.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels within partner and customer ecosystems.


Strategic and Results-Driven:

  • Proven ability to align partner activities with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of delivering results in competitive, fast-paced environments.


Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and execution.
