Solar Field Sales

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new customers through networking referrals and cold calling.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of solar energy products and services.
- Conduct onsite solar consultations and assessments for potential customers.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals to meet customer needs and budget.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely solar system installations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after installation.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities manage leads and generate reports.
- Participate in sales training and continuous learning of solar industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies plans and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and community outreach programs.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and ethical standards at all times.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in solar sales or a similar field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Understanding of solar regulations incentives and financing options.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customerfocused with a passion for renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Certification in solar energy or related field is a plus.
