Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate sales for Sàwai Black. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong network of corporate connections that can benefit from the exclusive offerings of Sàwai Black. You will play a key role in identifying potential corporate clients, building lasting relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target corporate clients for Sàwai Black memberships.
- Leverage an existing network of corporate contacts to promote the Sàwai Black platform.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within companies.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure that the membership benefits align with client needs.
- Lead presentations, pitches, and negotiations with prospective corporate clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to tailor the sales approach effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in luxury, hospitality, banking or concierge services.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sales deals and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of corporate connections with a focus on decision-makers such as CEOs, HR heads, and procurement departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A passion for luxury services and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
