This role is pivotal in bringing together requirements, conducting meticulous coverage checks, performing field mappings and instrument mappings, and developing impactful proofs of concept. Our team provides comprehensive solutions and services across the entire spectrum of the PRS and Realtime Feed product suites. Pre-Sales Specialists command a strong mix of content, product, and data/workflow expertise, particularly in Realtime and DataScope products across various asset classes.Collaboration is central to this role, as it involves close interaction with essential internal partners such as Prop Sales, Account Managers, Solution Consultants, Product Management, Business Development, and a diverse range of SAM colleagues.During the Pre-Sales process, we adeptly identify gaps between the client's portfolio and our content offerings. We proactively craft improvement requests to ensure that missing content is seamlessly integrated into our database. Our team is instrumental in supporting key Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) for major KSA customers across all regions, defining and driving capabilities and growth priorities with a strong focus on enhancing revenue performance. By partnering with Sales, Content, and Product teams, we complete targeted strategies designed for PRS or equivalent experience and Realtime Feed clients.Our Pre-Sales team possesses a thorough understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and key business priorities that drive growth opportunities. We cultivate positive relationships with Market Development, Account Managers, Prop-Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Professional Consulting, Regional Content Service Managers, and their leadership teams to deliver excellence. Furthermore, our Pre-Sales initiatives extend to engaging with partners to perform essential presales tasks that catalyse revenue growth.
