Our products span alternate data scoring, document processing, conversational insights, and AI voice automation.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Presales Specialist who can connect business context with technology innovation. The role focuses on researching real -world business problems, designing contextual AI solutions, and creating rapid prototypes that demonstrate impact.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch business workflows and identify high -impact AI use cases across lending, onboarding, and collections.Design and prototype intelligent solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and APIs.Translate complex business challenges into simple, business -facing solution narratives.Build demos, concept notes, and solution frameworks that showcase product potential.Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and fintech trends to inspire new ideas.
