Job Title: Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator Location: Remote – India About the Role: We are looking for a Presales Specialist / Proposal Coordinator to support our business development and managing end-to-end proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and presales documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a keen understanding of the IT services / consulting / technology sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission. Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to gather necessary inputs for RFPs/RFIs and client proposals. Prepare and structure proposal responses, executive summaries, and supporting documentation that align with client requirements. Develop reusable proposal templates, case studies, and capability decks. Ensure all proposals are compliant, high-quality, and submitted within deadlines. Conduct market and client research to support solution positioning and value propositions. Manage documentation for presales activities and maintain a repository of past proposals and responses. Support client presentations, bid defense meetings, and internal reviews as needed. Track proposal progress, submission timelines, and post-submission follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field). 3–6 years of experience in presales, proposal coordination, bid management, or similar roles in IT/Technology services. Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and proposal best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and documentation tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with global clients (especially in the US regions). Familiarity with CRM and proposal management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RFPIO, Zbizlink). Exposure to IT services, consulting, or product-based presales.
