Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist – Network Transformation, based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team, understanding customer requirements, and aligning them with suitable network transformation solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and acting as a technical advisor to clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive and tailored solutions are provided to customers. Qualifications Proficient in analytical skills for evaluating customer needs and tailoring network transformation solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and foster client relationships. Consulting and customer service skills for providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction. Experience or expertise in presales activities, including technical presentations and proposal preparation. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to evolving corporate and client needs. Educational background in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred. We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Specialist – Network Transformation to support our enterprise IT infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and proposing networking solutions from leading OEMs such as Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, and Dell , among others. Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, especially network environments, pain points, and transformation goals. Design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective network transformation solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based networking. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solutions documents, bill of materials, and RFP responses. Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, etc.) and internal solution teams to align offerings with customer needs. Provide technical consulting and support during sales cycles including PoCs, workshops, and solution walkthroughs. Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction. · Effective verbal and written Communication Skills · Presentation skills · Ability to defuse potential escalations · Sense of ownership and urgency · Passion for upskilling and staying current to market trends · Ready to work in Shifts 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a presales or solutioning role. Strong understanding of network design, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies. Experience in network assessments, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies. Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
