Job Title: Presales ExecutiveLocation: PuneJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AV Presales Executive tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV systemdesign and a strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of AVsolutions. Knowledge of LED signage is a significant advantage. He will beresponsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team,designing innovative AV solutions, and ensuring the successful implementationof projects.Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the presales process.Solution Design: Design and develop innovative AV solutions that meet customer requirements and align with industry standards.Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, system designs, and cost estimates.Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct site surveys, and present AV solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, products, and trends, with a focus on LED signage solutions.Training: Provide training and support to sales and technical teams on AV solutions and technologies. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up -to -date documentation of designs, proposals, andcustomer interactionsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AV technologies are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV system design and presales support.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Experience with LED signage is highly desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non -technical audiences.Problem -Solving: Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with leading AV brands and products.Knowledge of CAD software for AV system design.Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS -D (Design), or CTS -I (Installation).
