Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our IT product sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a sales team, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share for all our IT products.
Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Team Management:
Recruit and monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing development plans where necessary.
Lead sales meetings and provide insights on the market and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their IT needs are met.
Act as the key point of contact for escalated customer issues related to IT solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports to reporting manager on sales performance and key metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales activities.
