We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in lead generation within a software service company, demonstrating expertise in identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects into qualified leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients through research and networking in target industries.
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead conversion strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly lead generation reports to management.


Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in lead generation within a software service company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
