Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through research and networking in target industries.Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interactions.Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead conversion strategies.Analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance.Prepare and present weekly and monthly lead generation reports to management.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in lead generation within a software service company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Excellent research and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services.Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques.
