Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at NEUVILLE in Kolkata. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining clear communication with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Strong Analytical Skills
Effective Communication skills
Experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration or related field
