Job Description
  • Set up and lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to drive business growth in the B2B segment.
  • Recruit and hire BDAs based on the company's requirements and budget.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to BDAs to enable them to effectively establish new connections and generate business for U-Next.
  • Set targets and performance expectations for BDAs, and regularly monitor their progress.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize business generation and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the BDAs to identify potential leads and prospects in the region and support them in building and maintaining a pipeline of clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with contact centers and organizations to ensure a strong network and ongoing partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and implementation of U-Next courses for the partnered organizations.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with BDAs to assess their performance, provide feedback, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between U-Next, partnered organizations, and BDAs to ensure a harmonious working environment.
