Role: Inside Sales Representative / Sales Development Representative

Location: Full-time | Remote | Hybrid

Experience: 6 months - 3 years (B2B, HRTech, EdTech sales preferred; career breaks welcome)

What You'll Do

- Connect with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing Heads, L&D leaders, and DE&I champions in top companies.

- Drive meaningful, empathetic conversations that help organisations see the value of supporting working parents.

- Run thoughtful outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls - no scripts, no spam, just genuine conversations.

- Set up qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

- Keep everything organised and on-track in Zoho CRM.

- Work closely with mentors and colleagues who will support your growth.

Who We're Looking For

- Moms who are ready to relaunch their careers after a break.

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales (prior EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS exposure is a plus).

- Strong communication skills - confident in speaking with senior HR leaders.

- Organised, disciplined, and eager to learn new tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, AI tools).

- Curious, empathetic, and motivated to build a long-term career in consultative B2B sales.

- This Role is NOT For You If:

- You're looking for a remote or field sales role.

- You prefer high-volume cold calling over quality-first conversations.

- You're not comfortable working from our Mumbai office full-time.
