We work with 240+ of India's leading organisations, including L&T, ITC, Kotak, Glenmark, Aditya Birla, and Mahindra to support their employees in two critical areas: - Parenting Wellness: Helping employees navigate the pressures and responsibilities of raising children - Career Clarity for Their Children: Guiding their children towards happy, successful, and purpose-led careers - We do this through a full-stack solution that includes expert counselling, psychometric assessments, mentorship programs, parenting diagnostics, and interactive wellbeing platforms. Role Overview : - This isn't your typical calling job. As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world. - You'll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D heads, DE&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs, and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team. - This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts and spamming. What you'll do: - Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies - Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls - Tailor every pitch - no spam, no templates - Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team - Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline in Zoho CRM - Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns Who We're Looking For : - 6 months to 3 years of B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS) - Great communicator - confident writing and speaking to CHROs & senior HR leaders - Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through - Can connect to a 100 potential prospects everyday through multiple channels - Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM tools & AI tools for prospecting will be preferred. - Smart, curious, and wants to build a career in consultative B2B sales Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive fixed salary + monthly incentives for meetings and qualified opportunities - Learning budgets, mentorship from senior leadership, access to CHRO/industry webinars and events - A front-row seat to the future of employee wellbeing and HR innovation in India Why Join Mentoria? - Real social impact: You're not just setting meetings - you're opening doors for programs that transform families - Flat, feedback-driven, fast-moving culture - Deep exposure to B2B sales, working with some of India's most forward-thinking employers Employee Value Proposition: https://mentoria-evp.lovable.app
