Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans to meet defined secondary sales targets in rural markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Sub Distributors, USRs, and Super Stockists.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to off-roll sales team members to improve distribution depth in the assigned area.
- Create and ensure adherence to Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs).
- Maintain high service levels to sub-stockist customers and build business in existing and new outlets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on team activity and performance.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activities such as new product launches and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure timely reporting to all relevant stakeholders using prescribed formats.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: MBA).
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in frontline sales within the consumer goods industry.
- Must have experience in Rural Sales and Distribution Management.
- Experience in similar roles preferred.
