Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree As the Sales Manager-Mortgages you will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage sales team and driving the overall sales strategy for the Bharat Business Loans division Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets expanding the customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients This role requires a results-driven and strategic approach to sales management with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of mortgage sales professionals providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethical business practices Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and ensure smooth loan processing Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to enhance sales performance and customer experience Provide regular reports and updates to senior management highlighting sales achievements challenges and proposed solutions Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales management or a similar role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools Knowledge of mortgage products regulations and industry best practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and participate in continuous learning
