Degree Level Bachelor s Degree Key Responsibilities Lead manage and motivate a team of sales executives focused on selling secured business loans Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the secured business loan portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs business owners and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and cold outreach Monitor loan application processes ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with underwriting credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal Provide training coaching and performance feedback to the sales team Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management Address and resolve client queries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes related to secured business loans Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field MBA is preferred Proven experience 3-5 years in sales or business development preferably in banking or financial services with a focus on secured business loans Strong understanding of secured lending products credit appraisal and risk management Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Key Competencies Strategic Thinking Customer Focus Results-Oriented Problem Solving Team Leadership Negotiation Skills Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives Health insurance and other employee benefits Career growth and professional development opportunities
